Our room was spacious and was incredibly clean. Its walkable from the train station and its fairly close to downtown padova. Its alao not to loud at night. A great place to stay at with friendly and helpful staff!

Only stayed a night, but the staff were super helpful, the room was big and quiet, and my wife says breakfast was really nice. It's a 15-20 minute walk to the center but it's a nice walk along the river and we knew that when we booked. Room was clean but the seals at bottom of the shower door were noticeably a bit grungy while sitting you know where - so only four stars. Good value, I'd stay again.

The rooms are Spartan. No one spent a lot of money on internal improvements here. For example.the “apartment” units I stayed at in Hamburg had a small clothes wash/dry unit,which was not present here. The building is used a facility

Great transport connections around the hotel to get in Padua with ease in about 15 minutes.
Bed was large and comfortable but the room was a bit shabby and dated. Hotel is described as 4* but very much isn't - I'd say it's a decent 3* in my view. Rooms in the apart hotel section are isolated from the main hotel and you're told nothing about access to facilities - feels like you're not properly connected to the main hotel or allowed to use it's facilities but it doesn't make this clear when booking.

the air conditioning did not cool, it was terrible hot inside the room; the best western name does not mean anything, the fact that the air does not cool is absolutely not acceptable , we travel far, drive all day, do not speak the language and we expect to be able to rest in a room from a reliable chain.

Rooms clean, bed was a bit hard, air conditioning did not work well, rooms were very warm, bar was never open despite the hotel being busy. Reception staff were brilliant, very friendly and extremely helpful, an absolute credit to the hotel.

Very helpful the room was a bit warm but I didn’t ask to change the temp. Great location to catch bus to airport great breakfast the basilica is walkable taxi costs about $15 Euro

The staff was amazing, very helpful, and courteous. The room was very large, especially compared to Italian standards; the bathroom was clean and spacious. The only thing that negatively surprised us was the cleanliness of the saucers of the cups in the room, but it's a very minor thing—maybe they just forgot to check them while cleaning the room. Also, consider that the hotel is not in Padua city center, so you'll have to walk to get there.

After 3 weeks of traveling Europe, we specifically booked a room with a soaker tub. Unfortunately the air jets for the tub were filthy with mold and made the tub unusable. The manager offered to move us to a better room with another tub, however the jets on that tub were also caked with mold. The manager offered us complimentary breakfast to offset the expense of the upgraded room which we couldn’t enjoy.

I stayed in the separate Aparthotel building at the side of the main hotel. It was access controlled so safe. The room was a studio apartment which was modern, clean and had good facilities including a small kitchen. It had a separate sofa and desk/work area so it was also comfortable.
The staff were friendly and helpful.
The only slight downside to this hotel was the location. There were no local amenities close by. It was in a bit of an urban desert, almost like an industrial area. However, to be clear it wasn’t unsafe, just empty. It was on an easy bus route to the station though, and you could walk to the main sights in around 20 minutes.
