This farmhouse is quite rustic. The swimming pool is well maintained and quite clean despite the surrounding trees and with really comfortable deckchairs at the edges. The staff is really very kind, in fact if it hadn't been for the flaw in the rooms I would have given 4 stars. There are 5 rooms in total: 4 normal and 1 large, we were in the largest one: The bathroom is quite small, in the shower the water doesn't get hot straight away and a door has come loose. There were also small problems with the shutter not closing. The food is very homely and well done both at breakfast and dinner. The price is right. Really a big shame about the rooms, everything else was fine. PS: There is a decent weight area behind the building

In my opinion, giving one star is too much On booking the farmhouse appears very beautiful and well-kept. In reality, instead of the super illuminated swimming pool we found a pond almost used for duck hunting. Our adventure begins at dinner, there were 10 of us, we were also hungry and usually agriturismo is synonymous with quality, authenticity but above all generous portions, which unfortunately we didn't find. Sparse menu Half a portion of gnocchi, two sausages, a slice of ventresca WITH 2 baked chips. Small portions almost non-existent now Master chef has deceived many restaurateurs and this is the damage. Finally arriving in the room we thought we would find a comfortable environment but no Humid and also cold. The breakfast was even more miserable than the dinner... nothing but a buffet. Upon our return in the afternoon we realized that the rooms were not in order and that not even the linen had been changed. We ask for a comparison and the lady replies that it is not their habit to redo the rooms or change the linen AND THAT THEY HAVE ALSO SPECIFIED THIS ON BOOKING (which we have not read) In short, hygiene is also poor for me. A place with excellent potential. Unfortunately poorly maintained and messy. There are so many improvements to be made and at little cost. Friendly and welcoming owners. Good breakfast. The lack of cleaning of the bathroom in the room upon our arrival was serious. It is serious to have proposed a double room as a quadruple room. Generally unmaintained rooms with broken elements (shower door for example) Kindly, at our request, the owner gave us a discount (much appreciated) on the price of the stay. Pay attention to the road that reaches the structure, the last part is narrow and must be followed with great care.

For those seeking tranquility away from the noise and bustle of the city this is the ideal place. The owners are exquisite, hospitable and very nice people. The rooms are comfortable, tidy and clean. The cuisine is superb! The icing on the cake is the swimming pool, always clean despite the vegetation that surrounds it. Recommended farmhouse. When going up to the structure, remember to honk your horn where the road becomes narrower and near the hairpin bends.

The truth? The place is complicated to reach and the road, especially in the final part, which is dirt, is not the best. But, of course, this does not depend on the owners. Spartan rooms.
