The W Rome was exceptional from the beginning to the end of my stay! The staff were amazing the bartender was awesome, and the food and room service were top notch. Can’t wait to come back!

Our stay at this hotel was nothing short of perfection. From the moment we arrived, everything was truly top-notch. The service was so seamless and attentive that I didn’t even know how to open the main door to the hotel—someone was always there to take care of that for us, adding a touch of luxury to our every entry and exit. The room was absolutely stunning, featuring a supremely comfortable king-sized bed that felt like sleeping on a cloud. Every detail was impeccable, from the elegant decor to the spacious and pristine bathroom. Housekeeping was outstanding—cleaning twice a day with precision and care. They would remake the bed and add thoughtful touches throughout the day, ensuring our room was always in perfect condition. The front desk staff went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. They surprised us with a cake and a card that featured the Paris Eiffel Tower—an incredibly meaningful touch since it’s where I got engaged. The attention to detail in that card, down to the personalized message, made us feel truly special and cared for. The service overall was nothing short of extraordinary—11/10, if that’s even possible. Every aspect of our experience, from the room to the staff’s attentiveness, was simply amazing. The hotel’s location is equally incredible, making it the perfect place to stay in the city. We cannot wait to return and will always choose this hotel for future stays.
