If you want to skip out of the high tourist area and still have a clean and updated place to stay, this is the place. Stations are 4 minutes away. The place is very clean. It comes with a full functional kitchen with all the basic dishware to prepare any meal. There is even a cloth washer. The sleeping quarters are generous. Ours had 4 beds and still with generous walking area. The location offers plenty of local eating options, but best if you speak the language. These are where the locals dine. Plenty of grocery markets as well. I strongly recommend this place for extended stay and or when you need to escape the high touristy environment. Its very well priced. I loved it.

Property was great. Nice and clean. Having the kitchen and laundry facilities in room was super handy. Easy access to trains and Osaka loop line. Close to Osaka Castle and Dotonbori.

Steps away from the Osaka circle line and a subway station. Train noise is present but did not bother us. Extremely light sleepers might have an issue with the location. Check-in and out is done by tablet at front desk. No problems at all. Staff are present during daytime hours,very courteous and helpful.
Rooms are spacious for Japan. There was room for a table but there was none. A little disappointed but made do with the tiny side table and coffee table.

Very good hotel. Close to subway. There are abundant good dining around. Family mart is across the street. There is no staff at reception. All are done electronically- code to enter the hotel and room key code. Same as check in and check out - via ipad.

Our room overlooked the very busy railway lines (6 lines I think) so we couldn’t leave the balcony door open and the aircon didn’t cool. No tea, coffee, sugar or milk amenities at all even when I asked for some. All digital checkin and checkout which is fine but I wouldn’t stay again. Close to good local restaurants and of course the train station.
