久しぶりにビジネスホテル以外に泊まりましたが、ロビーでのサービスがとても良く、感動しました。子供がたくさんのお菓子にとても喜んでいました。温泉も気持ちよかったです。また利用したいです。

夫婦で1泊利用させて頂きました。スタッフの方々の対応が良く、列はできていましたがスムーズにチェックインできました。ラウンジのイブニングソーシャルとナイトキャップも利用したのですが、多くの方々が利用されていて、活気があってよかったです。レストランも、ビュッフェの品数が多く、全ての料理を食べられなかったのが心残りです。特に、淡路牛のハンバーガーが美味しかったです。 QRコードで順番待ちシステムがあって、便利だと思いました。また利用したいなと思います。

レストランのビュッフェが沢山の種類があり楽しめた。子連れの方が多かったが、大人2人でもゆっくり過ごすことができ、大変満足できた旅行になりました♪ ラウンジもあったので、お酒を良く飲まれる方にもおすすめかもしれません♪

Expedia never ever again. I made this reservation for a meeting February. Then spent the next several months with my mother in decline and her death. I decided not to go to the meeting but forgot I’d made a reservation. Not one single reminder from Expedia u til I got a “how was your check-in experience” from Expedia. I couldn’t cancel as the 24 hour before check-in cancellation deadline had passed. Hotel is bound by Expedia rules and Expedia never even responded to my message to them. Don’t use Expedia ever. I can’t tell you about the hotel as I didn’t stay there.
