I love the environment around hotel. So quiet. I do really enjoy me time at onsen. Nice garden too, and I fly my drone around there to capture the colour of autumn. Lovely place to stay.

This place is suitable for traveling families, for hotels this place is really beautiful, spacious rooms, nice view, there is even a place to eat and drink tea in the room. no bathroom for the room, only a toilet. but there is a nice and spacious onsen, you must try an outdoor onsen. This place is near the bus stop but going to the hotel is rather troublesome if you bring a large baggage, there is no pick up for you to bring to the hotel. Similarly, if you go up, the English is a bit lacking. but can be overcome by google translate. this place is near the bus stop horaien, about 70-90 meters from the hotel.

The atmosphere of the hotel and its surroundings is very natural. Suitable for us to take a break to enjoy the fresh air and natural atmosphere. But please prepare the porter from us to get off the bus. because the road to the hotel according to. It's hard for us to carry luggage.

We missed last bus from gotemba, catch a taxi to Hakone. Quite expensive for 11 km distance. We checked in at late 8 pm. Surprise got big room, 2 japanese futons more than enough for two of us. Clean spacious room, nice bath onsen. The staff not speaks english but ok. Breakfast just cookies juice and coffee. Nice morning view from balcony. Forestry scenery. Not to far to catch bus to Gora st. Very good.
