Nice service, spacious room for 3 peoples..easy to check in and out..strategic location in shinsaibashi, many shopping store and near Metro station, definitely would back again :)

I had a good 3 nights stay. The location is perfect to Dotomburi and Shinsaibashi station by walk. Good restaurants and convenient store just everywhere. And as heard a lot, Japanese are always very thoughtful. Even when I put my rooms on DND status, they've prepared a bag full of amenities and new fresh towels on the door handle. View from 10th floor is good too, the room is small but not an issue for me. Amenities quality is super. Onsen on the 13th is everything, and always needed when you walk too much in Japan :) Will be back whenever possible.

The room is a bit small but still very clean bed is comfortable pillows is a bit too small however the location is very good near many things.

We are 3 persons in 1 rooms and we stay 5 nights there. We get 2 double bed. The rooms really great, clean and we can open our 3 big luggages. Which is superb, the location near everything such as department store, food to eat, station, kombini store. There are washing machine with coins and vending machine. You can get drink hot tea and bread every afternoon at lobby hotel, but the hotel didn't provide mineral water. Surely when we go to Osaka again, will stay at this hotel. Thanks.

Gosh! The receptionist did not do proper check about my booking, She asked my husband to pay during our check in, thank God his memory is good he remember that I have made an online payment. The staff did not even say sorry. Location wise is OK, 10 mins from Dotonbori, sorrounded by a lot of Clubs and restaurants. The shower room comes with bath tub, my daughter loves it.

I stayed in a room with bathtub and toilet. The amenities are great! Love the scents. They even provide to lend a iron etc. Thank you!

Feeling happy to stay at Felice Shinsaibashi by Relief, because I already stayed 3 times during January - February 2020..why? Please find the advantages of this hotel..

the hotel really simplicity concept, close to Daimaru and so many stores. Bedroom & Bathroom really clean but the space of room is too small, it’s not enough for bringing big luggage.
