We had great stay. They could install more laundry machines. The porridge breakfast was a nice surprise.

四条大宮駅から近くて便利です。部屋もキレイでした。無料の朝粥のサービスもありがたかったです。アメニティが有料ですが安価なので問題ないと思います。むしろ無駄をなくすための環境的な配慮をしているということでしょう。
また機会があれば宿泊したいと思います。

連泊で利用しました。部屋には小さな冷蔵庫や衣類の消臭剤があり助かりました。宿泊客が自由に利用出来るスペースでは、お茶や珈琲も自由に飲めて良かったです。喫煙は屋外にはなりますが、入り口脇ベンチで一服できました。フロントの方が快く灰皿を貸してくれて、度々ありがとうございました。朝食のお粥がほっこり美味しかったです。また是非利用したいです。

The room is like the picture, bathroom is clean, not far from OMIYA Station, easy to travel.

Staff cannot speak English. So it's very difficult to ask about last check-in, at breakfast, last check-out, or to ask for other help, but in terms of facilities, it's still okay.
