A boutique hotel tuck away from the busy street near to Gokufuji subway station or 20 minutes walk to canal city or 30 minutes walk to hakata station. Room are well maintained and decent room size with air purifier in the room. I realised the staff members don't smile much. I suppose only the bigger room comes with a window view others only to be blocked by the adjacent building. House keeping for 4 days stay and above but changing of towels is available. Comfortable bed and sheets.

Room was a bit small and common areas could be in better condition (eg, hallways) but the service, location and amenities were great!

Easy to check in and out. Good food places to eat nearby. Very affordable price. Room had everything you could ask for.

Nearest subway station is Nakasu, still need 7-10 min walk from exit, bus stop is better (3-5 min walk)
