It was a comfortable stay for the price! Good location close to many popular restaurants in Dotonbori and right next to seven eleven. I appreciated how the hotel served free coffee & tea and amenities in the lobby.

The hotel has excellent location - just a 4-minute walk from Nihonbashi Station and a 7 Eleven right next door - making it incredibly convenient for exploring Osaka. Its proximity to major attractions made getting around the city effortless.
Our room, though compact (as is typical for Japanese accommodations), was thoughtfully designed to maximize space. It comfortably fit two single beds while still allowing us enough room to open our suitcases and move around without feeling cramped.
The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the linens and towels were impeccably clean. The attention to cleanliness and comfort exceeded our expectations.
Overall, this hotel offered great value for the money. Its combination of prime location, comfortable accommodations, and reasonable pricing made it an excellent choice. I would absolutely stay here again if I return to Osaka and highly recommend it to others looking for a convenient and comfortable base for their trip.

Great spot if you want to stay in Dotonbori. Close to two different subway lines so very easy to make it around the city. Close to many things hoping a few stations. Close to touristy things that are fun and some great little restaurants if you walk further into the streets off the main tourist area.

Hotel was in a good location. A very short walk to Dotonburi and near to all the shopping and food. Walking distance to Kuromon market with more food options. You can even walk to Takashimaya for shopping or if you prefer fine dining at the restaurants there. We enjoyed the restaurants on the 7 - 9 levels.
The hotel provided breakfast options and laundry service. Bright rooms and friendly staff. Staff also helped arrange taxi to Kansai Airport the night before and even accompanied us to meet the driver to give instructions in Japanese. Very helpful. Great service. Will definitely return and recommend to friends visiting Osaka.

Hotel was clean. Decor was pretty and modern. Staff were polite, amiable, professional, and welcoming. Hotel offers great variety of breakfast choices. Convenient location, close to public transportation, shopping, and eatery. There was a 7 Eleven right downstair. A block away from the Dotonbori area.

Mixed feelings about this hotel.
Pro:
- great area steps away from the action of Dontonburi
- clean
- decent breakfast
Cons:
- Air conditioning did not work properly our entire stay. Brought this to staff attention first night, they said it's working normally. After suffering for two nights with kids, another staff member was able to investigate the AC issue and adjusted a setting in the control room behind front desk. He also brought us a Dyson fan to use on our last night. Not sure why the first batch of staff did not take the initiative to investigate further.
- Language barrier between certain staff was too difficult

Excellent location close to Dotonbori without the chaos of Dotonbori. The beds were extremely comfortable… very much unlike the boards we’ve experienced as beds at some of our other hotels.

Very conveniently located to Dotonbori. Easy walking after a long walk venturing Dotonbori, Shinsaibashi.
Was hoping to get a great view triple bed room but our view was of the side road instead.
LUCIE, one of the staff working in front office / reception, was exceptional! Lucie helped us check ŵith the Willer Express bus transportation on the specific arrangement for our booking. Excellent customer service and knowledgeable

가성비 좋고 다른 일본 숙소에 비해 여유로운 편입니다. 생긴지 얼마 안된 호텔답게 깔끔하고 서비스도 좋은 편이고요 (간단한 청소, 타월 변경 정도만 해주시고 이불 정리는 안해주더라고요. 보통 새이불 변경까지는 아니어도 정리는 해주시던데.. 크게 문제는 아니었습니다.) 위치가 난바, 도톤보리로 걸어가기에 좋지만, 밤에는 홀로 돌아다니기엔 위험해보임.

Good hotel with nice modern rooms. Look like could have be recently renovated? Understanding staff that can speak English and a high degree of cleanliness. only thing was the tattooed yakuza like guy and his crying “GF?” By the front door to the hotel. Though that’s out of there control.
