It was at a great location. Services were good, not too much or not too little. The room was a comfortable saize as in Tokyo with this price range.

This hotel was literally steps away from the shinkansen/subway station, which was a huge reason why I chose this hotel since we were here for days trips and a visit to the Toyota Automobile Museum. This is a nice budget hotel with standard size Japanese hotel rooms. The staff was very nice and helped us with our luggage transfers. I had a very nice stay at this hotel!

Staff was friendly and helpful. They spoke English so if I was not there, my partner that did not speak Japanese would be comfortable speaking with them. Located right across from Nagoya station was the best since we travelled out often. Breakfast option was right next door that had fast service also great food!

The hotel can’t provide a special required of two single bed although we have paid for this special. The answer was a special request is not guaranteed and agent is not hotel agencies. And the arranged two singles bed on 2nd night but asking for additional payments. We refused to pay because it’s was paid already when we booked, and there is no charge finally.

The place is easy to find. Near shinkansen Near Bic Camera Very convenient to travel There are pillows to choose from with toiletries. Can be picked up right in front of the hot water. Breakfast is available in a set. Narrow room in Japanese style

The accommodation is opposite JR Nagoya Station. The rooms are clean but a bit narrow as per the Japanese hotel style. There is a window but can't see the outside view because it is closed with a solid glass. Makes it look uncomfortable because of the narrow room
