Great hotel

Great location. Hotel was clean and quiet. All in one washer and dryer was really nice. Takes about 4 hours to complete. If you need to dry longer, it will take about 15-20 min to unlock the door to get your clothes out. Coffee in the lobby. Steps away to subway entrance. Close to underground shopping and outside covered shopping. 1 block from clock tower and little fish market. Nikka sign was also near by.

The washer/dryer combo was the main reason why we stayed here - AND IT WAS GREAT!! Overall a great stay even though the room was a little small!

This is our first time visiting Sapporo and we read good reviews of this hotel. Decided to book and experience it ourself. Indeed it was as good as the reviews I have read. The washing machine and dryer was also one of the reasons why we wanted to book this hotel. Oh man it was so convenient and good as we do not need to go to the common area to use the washing machine. We washed our laundry at our convenience. The breakfast was very good too. Overall a very good experience with the hotel. It was our wedding anniversary, the hotel was very sweet to write us a card and a gift. Truly appreciate. Thank you so much!!!! Would stay with this hotel if we visit Sapporo.

In Sapporo center next to subway station and super helpful gentleman at front desk with excellent English and going the extra effort to help with Christmas Day lunch reservation and finding ski resort information and directions

Super convenient spot, 5 to 20 mins to the shopping area

The rooms here are noticeably larger compared to those in Tokyo. Everything you’d typically find in Tokyo, the surrounding areas here also offer. Breakfast Rating: 3.5/5.0 – The chicken karaage stands out as the best item followed by the fried seafood noodles. The probiotic drink and fresh Hokkaido milk are also excellent. Additional perks include a 24-hour coffee machine with freshly ground beans, which is complimentary. Overall, I’d recommend this place for its comfort and amenities.

딱 편한 정도의 침구와 화장실이 구비되어 있고 세탁기, 전자레인지, 포트까지 좋았습니다. 조식은 단조로웠지만 커리가 아주 훌륭했습니다.

Would definitely stay here again. Great front staff members who spoke English. They were all very helpful and kind. The rooms and facilities were all very clean. The best part of this hotel is the in room washer/dryer. Loved the fact I could wash my clothes daily.

Hotel reception and stuff were very friendly and polite. The property was very clean and well maintained. We like the room as it is spacious with three comfortable beds. The hotel is a short walk to Odori Park and the TV Tower and Tanukikoji Shopping Street.

Great staff, easy to get around

The ensuite washer dryer is a wonderful feature really! Breakfast is fine - Hokkaido milk was excellent.

Superior Double Room Single Use - comfortable stay for 5 nights. Location - Closest subway station is Odori Station. Hotel is 75 mins bus ride from new Chitose Airport. The airport bus stop is about 10 mins walk away. Walking distance to many convenience stores and attractions like Nijo Market, Tanukikoji Shopping Street, Odori Park and Susukino area. Also conveniently located 5 mins walk away from Sapporo TV Tower, which is the common pickup location for day tours. Room - was quiet on the 13th floor facing the side street. Shower water pressure was powerful. Bed was medium firm. Food - Did not try the hotel breakfast. There is a convenience store (Lawson) just round the corner of the block. Staff - Check-in and checkout are straightforward. The front desk staffs are always attentive and courtesy greeting as I passed by the lobby. Appreciate a staff member (黎) for explaining in fluent English on how to navivate to the closest airport pickup stop. Note that drop off and pick up stops are different.

Perfect location for a Hawaiian Family of 3! The staff were kind, helpful and professional. The location to Odori, Susukino and the train line is perfect! Nijo Market and Tanukikoji are steps away. Room size was good and having a washer/dryer, cook top and microwave made it easy to please our 12 year old son. Will use this hotel again!

Easy access to Nijo Market and shopping areas.

Excellent location, nice hotel but the beds are too big that if we carry more than 2 luggage is quite crowded, preferably standard twin bed rather than double beds! Breakfast area too small, somehow have to wait in line if full !

Clean, new hotel with in-room washing machine and microwave. Location is great - between two major shopping districts, Odori and Susukino. Easy to find food and convenient stores nearby. A couple downsides are the hotel is at a relatively secluded street, and the room is a bit small. Overall a great stay!

Bed and pillow are very comfortable, but the room is too small, can hardly walk after opening the luggage bag.

Walking distance to Odori Park and train station Room is a bit small with no wardrobes to store clothes; we also have to boil the kettle on the bathroom as there is no other place to do it. Microwave is placed in a very tight area near the doorway and is highly placed. Overall, a very nice location to stay in Sapporo
