Very small room even though we booked for the most expensive, but very clean. Can leave luggages at lobby before and after your stay within day. Average, not complain but won't comeback because of the room size.

The room is small, luckily we brought 2 hand luggage which got enough space to locate. I think it's not suitable to fit 2 big luggage. The location is near to Ueno JR and metro station with 10min walking distances and 15min to Keisei Ueno Airport station. It was quite tiring to walk to or from hotel to station on our last few days of trip.

It was a good hotel though a bit walking from the station. you need to come out from asakusa exit from ueno station to get to the hotel, it was a long way for the first time coming due it is confusing.

It was good, I am just frustrated why the room is very cold when the Ac is turn off ðŸ˜so we slept wearing jacket.. the overall temp of the room is cold when the weather is cold too so 😢kinda uncomfortable for that reason

Location a bit far from Ueno station but great price. New Twin was quite small not enough space for baggage with 2 persons. Double room was fit for only one person.

It was ok. Twin room will be suit for 2 persons. Other type was too small. Location is ok. Not that close but not too far.

I stayed here twice. The standard room is too small for 2 people so I booked twin room this time and it is ok for me and my sister. It's convenient walking within 10 minute to the station. There is a restaurant near the hotel that I want to recommend called '' keep and touch'' cheap and delicious.
