Great property!!!

Very clean and nice hotel.

This was the best hotel on our trip, a convenient location very close to metro stations (also walkable), and breakfast only made it totally worth it.

The rooms were extremely comfortable and new. The pajamas were a nice touch as well.

We enjoyed our stay at Voco Osaka Central. The room was spacious and nicely appointed. The hotel is located right near the subway. While the immediate area has a handful of restaurant options, most visitors will want to travel down to Dotonbori or other locations for food and entertainment. The subway made this easy.

Overall, one of the better hotels I stayed at in Japan (I was there for 3 weeks, and stayed in about 5 hotels). Bed was very comfortable. Staff English proficiency was refreshing. Definitely will stay again if in Osaka thank you

I was very excited to stay here. Fell in love with the attention given to the design details. The location was great. Lots of nice restaurants and cafés within walking distance, and the walk to nearby stations is not too far. The room itself that we booked was a reasonable size. The beds are a little on the harder side but still comfortable, though the absence of a top sheet solely in favour of a doona was an unusual experience for me personally. The daily room cleaning made everything feel constantly fresh, which was great. The air-con could only be set to 22°C which would have been better if it could have gone lower, but it sufficed. The curtains block out the light really well, and we couldn’t hear the traffic and the other people staying either. The restaurant was overpriced, in my opinion, but it is a beautiful space to spend some time in. The fitness room is a bit light on variety of equipment but you can still manage to get a good workout done there. Service was friendly and English was good. All in all, very happy with the experience and I would stay here again.

Beautiful hotel, staff are very attentive, rooms are small but well designed. Close to subway station to easily travel around Osaka.

Friendly staff, good level of English among them. Service in breakfast (we booked rooms with BF included) is good. Only the thikness of the blanket may be reduced during summer months when temperatures are high.

Voco was exceptional! Japanese hospitality is on the next level. Particularly about Voco the rooms are spacious and super clean! Would definitely recommend
