It's my second time to stay at venetian macau after 10 years ago and still very recommended hotel if you come to macau. room big, still clean, express check out, there is "handy cellular phone" that you can bring outside for explore macau. have shuttle bus so make us easier to explore macau. the concierge also well managed so help me more easier when I travel with my parent with huge luggage from main lobby to west lobby. staff very helpfull. A nice hotel. Thank you venetian for make our trip memorable.

Hotel is clean and very well maintained. Beds are comfortable but I feel sofa bed needs to be replaced (mattress on sofa bed is worn out). Overall, it is a great place to stay!

Very spacious, clean and comfortable. The staff are super kind and helpful. It's in a huge surrounding area, including hotels, shopping malls and landmarks for tourists taking pictures. Great ambience.

When I stay, there were having renovation in lobby areas, so we need to walk a bit longer to our room (but its okay). The staff really explain about the ways to go our room (they gave us some alternative routes too). Corridor smells cigarettes maybe because too many tourists from mainlands. The room is huge! The bed is good. The bathroom is also spacious! It even has a small living room (like sofa and study table). The mall is so nice also, lots of luxurious shops.

Large and luxurious hotel, inside there are many branded shops, for those who like shopping-shoping might be very happy😂, the rooms are spacious and comfortable. But unfortunately the Miracast TV didn't work properly, and the lobby to the room was quite far away. Oh yeah the check-in is also long, yes because there are many visitors.

The room is really big .. The mall is also full, big, spacious. Can walk to Parisian Eiffel. The swimming pool is good too, there is a dryer in the rinse room.
