The room is very spacious! The staffs are very friendly and helpful. As for the breakfast buffet, the price is cheaper than any other 4-stars hotels, but since its cheaper, might need to lower your expectations. The cleanliness of the pool is a bit low, cause you can feel the sand at the bottom of the pool, and there is algae at the walls of the pool in between the tiles. But putting that aside, it was a nice stay for us and we decided to extend our stay for 1 more night!

Just got back from a couple of nights at Ancasa Hotel Pekan. The staff were absolute superstars - friendly and helpful, they really made the stay enjoyable. My only gripe? Let's just say the rooms are romantically lit... maybe a bit TOO romantic. Unless you're planning on spending your evenings recreating scenes from "Ghost" in the bathtub (which, by the way, was AMAZING), bring a book light. Seriously, I almost needed night vision goggles to find the TV remote! But hey, at least I didn't trip over anything in the middle of the night. 😂 Overall, a great stay. Thanks, Ancasa!

(510) Rooms are excellent, comfort, but maybe need to do maintenance, room are hard to open, and bathroom need to check on the ventilation fan. And bidet hose not working really well. Water can still drop even not in use. Although it is minor issues but hope can fix this issue.

The staff is very friendly & hospitable. Can share interesting places & delicious local dishes. Only the air con can't be turned off, imagine the cold all night and the view of the river is polluted by the view of the execution of sand dredging works.

Satisfied large room staff friendly not arrogant. If the room is ready, wait until 2 o'clock to check out. Ambik who doesn't have breakfast but don't worry on weekends there are a lot of delicious and cheap food. In the hotel lobby there is also a sale of cakes and bread and pudding king. Which is marvelous and affordable. So indeed. Syiok giler
