The staff was so rude & overcharge. I stay with my elderly parents, 1st, the room was so far away from parking & reception, with so many stairs up & down. So my elderly parents need to walk, okay we don't mind because maybe its our fault not checking the hotel condition first. But, all the luggage, we need to carry by ourselves because after third time inform the receptionist to call bellboy, still no one was coming. And we have to whatsapps them for anything (they don't have phone in the room) & they said they will forward to the whatsapp group. 2nd, we do request for extra pillow since they only provide 2 pillows in the room. And they charge us rm20/pillow! For the breakfast, totally out! The sambal was pahit & juice only use cheap cordial. 3rd, during check out, we whatsapp & call for the bellboy to carry our things (10times) Wait for about 40 min, but no one seem to come. I called again using my handphone, the lady answer with a bit rude, dah bgtau dah dalam group suruh cepat, puan tunggula. Bellboy tgh rehat. 🙃 after almost 1 hour, a housekeeping girl come to pick up our bag with frown & sour face. And she only took half of our bag and go without saying anything. We thought she will come back to take the rest but no. So we carry all by ourselves again to the lobby. At the lobby, during check out, the receptionist told me they want to charge rm 50 because of the late check out. So we argue saying that why your callboy was late? We are waiting for him. Okay if you want to charge, can. Kindly write why did you charge me and we will file a report. After a few arguments, then the lady said okayla saya bg balik semua deposit. I do ask why your bellboy no around, she said rehat. I ask, you have no schedule? She said puan inform lambat. Then, when my car arrive at the lobby, all the 3 staff just standing with muka tak puas hati, we carry all the luggage down the stairs by ourselves! 👎. Hospitality out, rude! Will not repeat again and totally frust will this hotel!
