Nice location, nice service, very clean, close to Masjid Jamek, surrounded by many halal restaurants. You just need to cross the road from KL Sentral to find this hotel. Love it

Super great, nice location. Nice hotel. Clean hotel. Sulit hehe. Kind, smiling approachable staff, what more I can say. Next time we visit Malaysia, will probably book here again. Nice location because it's just a few steps from Masjid Jamek Station, 2 stations away from KL Sentral and KLCC. There's McDonald's, KFC, 7-11 and Burger King nearby. Don't forget to buy the porridge in the morning. Our room has a view of the KL Tower. Twin room with window. Nice hotel design.

This is my 2nd time stay at big M. And still counting. The hotel near LRT masjid jamek and you can find restaurants just across the hotel. The location make this hotel perfect.

Close to the MRT, in front of the hotel, directly to the main road and the Jamek Mosque, next to McDonald's, there is a place to iron, but unfortunately there is no refillable drinking water.

There are many places to eat around the hotel, especially in the morning....plus fast food and Indian food stalls...across from the Jameek Mosque hotel...10 minutes walk near Merdeka Square....if you want to go shopping, you also need to walk 10 minutes to Hanifa or City One

Stayed for one night here, and had a very pleasant stay! The staff was friendly, worth the price, room was clean and comfortable, although a bit small but still enough, bathroom too was clean and hot shower worked perfectly. Plus point was definitely the hairdryer 😁 and the view of Kuala Lumpur tower. Would definitely recommend this hotel!

This hotel is a complete package. Located at the exit B of Mesjid Jamek LRT which serve as one of the interchange between LRT line & close to the nearest MRT interchange station (plaza rakyat, one station away) makes it easy to getting around the city. Food also not a problem to get as this hotel situated next to McDonalds, KFC and 4 Fingers. If you looking for something local there 's two Nasi Kandar restaurants at the street next to hotel and cheap nasi lemak stalls near KK store across the street, open monday to saturday from 5 AM-10 AM. Hotell staff is also friendly and attentive. Surely will stay here again when visiting Kuala Lumpur.

the hotel staff is friendly, the room is also clean every day, there is a mcd directly below, next to the lrt station so it's easy to go anywhere, mostly the area is for offices, there are ocbc bank offices as well as cimb, so if the morning is crowded with people I want to go to school, but if it's already quiet at night, I'm already home.

The location is really next to the Jamek Mosque LRT so it's super easy to get anywhere. To the Merdeka Plain, just walk. Near Mydin. There is also a lot of food around. The rooms are comfortable and clean, but they are not soundproof and cramped because there are no windows. But very worth the price if it's just for sleeping.

This is my third time in a year staying here. The room is okay, the staff service is also okay and the location is still the best. Close to the Jamek Mosque LRT, can walk to Central Market, minimarkets are close, surrounded by places to eat (McD, KFC, Nasi kandar kl express, Zus Coffee, and many others). Highly recommended.
