We arrived at 11.00 local time, but the officer allowed us for early check-in at no extra charge. The room is very spacious and clean, very comfortable for the whole family. Hot water facilities, AC, TV in all the rooms are very comfortable. Equipped with balcony and view to Twin Tower. Public facilities such as gym, nice swimming pool and playground for children are also available. If only they could provide services like breakfast and restaurant, makes it even better!

Cheap are all close and very comfortable, it's just that when I stayed AC and hot water didn't all function, but still comfortable. For cheap prices, five-star facilities and close to everywhere. Attention for others be careful when entering at 3 pm so if you arrive in the morning you have to wait a long time, and be careful when checking out because the officers are far calculated the time to go to the airport.

The location is good, very close to Pavilion (around 5 minutes walking). The room is very luxury and the space is large. Moreover, one of the bathrooms has got a bath tub as well. Wifi is available. However, no much choices on tv channel. Before check in, we need to contact the contact person. Check in before 3 pm will be charged 100 RM. No left luggage service as well. In my opinion, deposit 400 RM is too much. Overall, I love the location and the room.

The place is very strategic, comfortable, really clean ... this is what I rented a studio ... so the bed, dining room etc become one ... the service room is very helpful ... we must pay 300 RM + hotel tax 10 RM. Really suitable for relaxing and spending time in this place.

A nicely decorated apartment equipped with kitchen appliances and washing machine. it was a pleasant stay. One minus point that TV in master bedroom had no channels due to renovation. it is located near the shopping centers and Alor street. A recommended place to stay.

Very satisfied staying at Dorsett Residence by NN. reception on time with the promised time to check in and check out. in accordance with the request of an apartment with a balcony. Its spacious apartment, complete cooking and dining equipment. close to Mamak shop, sevel and the road to the back of the hotel directly to the Pavilion Mall.

I stayed a few times this time but this time it was unsatisfactory because: 1. The main room TV did not work (I had a complaint to the management, but until the 4th day it was not repaired too) 2. The outdoor bathroom water heater did not work. Same thing with TV, but I still have no response. 3. There is absolutely no toiletries, it is really bad, even though usually there is complete shampoo, toothpaste soap and even a comb and cotton bud too. Right coffee and instant tea, this time at all mace. 5. The unit is narrow, but this time I got this balcony the 4th time I stayed here, the other 3 were ok, only this time there were many things that were lacking.
