Furama Bukit Bintang, Kuala Lumpur

I'm just get shocked cause suddenly someone can try to open my room door. WHY have another 3rd my room card after my husband hold 2nd card. That people supposed waiting at lobby and actualy if really need to share 3rd card must calling me (at room) double confirmed bfr counter give 3rd card. I feel unsecure stay Furama. Bad experience. 😡.

I just checked out couple hours ago when I type this review. I was staying for 2 days. Everythings went well till I came to restauran at 3rd level, its ruined my moods. 1. Restaurant don't have enouhh cuttlery. 2. No glasses or cup at the beverage stations. And the waiters provide the plastic cups, even we don't know is that new or recycle plastic cup. 3. I ask housekeeper to change the cussion at the room sofa, cause it was smell so bad. And he just spray some perfume. I was staying at executive suite room anyways. So. This made absolute big NO to stay there again. Price * but I didnot see hospitallity provided by them.

The restaurant staff was a helpful but need more training for front office staff.

Room was big, there were 2 sofas and 2 TVs, big cupboards as well, but the bed was hard and less comfort when we slept on it. However, location is strategic, there is connecting bridge to Lalaport and Hangtuah station in front of hotel.

The room was smelly and there were lots of noisy children.

The hotel location is very strategic. The room is comfortable and clean. The room corridors would be good if they were painted or refurbished. Overall, it 's enjoyable staying there.

Room clean and near berjaya time square.

Hotel is strategically located next to Lalaport Mall with a linked pedestrian bridge, so getting to HangTuah station is so simple and quick 5 to 10 minutes on foot. It 's also very close to icc pudu and the surrounding area full of delicious Chinese Food Stalls. And by close I mean a brief 15 minutes walk, which is very reasonable. Just make sure to use light clothing and umbrellas to protect from the sun ray during the day. Lobby is very modern and clean, getting places is easy whether by public transport or grab taxi. Just across the road you can find some Chinese Restaurants and convenience stores. There is free water filling station at every floor near the elevators. Room is very spacious and the most importantly the AC is cold (trust me, properly working and cold AC is very important in Kuala Lumpur). Sheets and towels are clean too. Pressure pressure are very strong too. The downside: the rooms are outdated, and it would be really great if the carpets are to be replaced with tiles! Bathroom although it 's clean, you can feel the old vibe. I would definitely stay at Furama again, but I advice this is not a luxury hotel, don't expect too much (as I can see from some of the reviews). There 's a price for everything, for the amount that I paid, I'd say it 's worth my money.
