It's frustrating. Dirty hotel and smelly room. I won't stay at this hotel anymore.

Room condition is not maintenance, AC is noisy.

The staff was upset when asked to clean the room at 3pm. Finally came clean room but 5.30. They should have told you they were going to clean the room but it was slow. Instead of getting angry, we should be thankful we lived there. Without guests they want to make money.

Dirty and bad smells. Ceiling leaks. Some of people cooking at hotel corridor. Like poor prostitution place.

The towel smells of the first dirty room, after complaining about the second room but the towel smells🥺

Good. But need to bring your own soap

From the outside it is nice, the interior is not clean. The walls have lots of paint that has runny, sheets and pillows should be replaced by new ones.

Nice room and the receptionist very helpful.

Rooms are poor, cleanliness is lacking, room lights are not bright, look good from the outside.

My experience here is quite satisfying. I stayed for 4 days and 3 nights, the price was also quite cheap but it was better to order through the application, not order directly, because the price was 60-70RM per night. The location of the hotel is close to anywhere, restaurants, shops, kfc, and the prices around the inn are quite cheap even though in Kuala lumpur. But indeed the sheets and pillowcases and blankets even though they were replaced, it seems the washing is not so clean that there are still a few stains

The hotel staff is friendly. Old building hotel. So it's rather poorly maintained. Cleanliness is also lacking. In the description of the hotel there is a water heater but the real estate is not there. But this hotel is located on a large road and is easy to find. Deket is everywhere too.

The hotel is located in the heart of the city and near other facilities. It's sung by day.

I've booked 1 single and 1 family suite (4 persons) and the booking was confirmed. After reached there, the reception said no room available. Instead they gave me 2 double room but all rooms were dirty and conditions were so bad. No remote control for air-cond.
