We are thrilled to announce that from 10 March to 12 April 2024, our hotel restaurant will undergo a minor renovation to enhance your dining experience during your stay in Hotel De’ La Ferns. During this period, we will be serving Sahur for our Muslim guests and breakfast for our non-Muslim guests, ensuring everyone receives a delightful start to their day. Please note that our hotel will continue to operate as usual, and you are more than welcome to book your stay with us. Please be informed that the dining area for Sahur and Breakfast will be located at our hotel hall during Ramadhan Season.
Please be informed that upon arrival, a deposit of RM 200 in cash will be collected as part of our damage policy. This deposit will be held as a security measure and will be fully refundable upon check-out, provided no damage has occurred during your stay. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation. We had a pleasant 2 nites stay at De'La Ferns. Strategic locations in between Tanah Rata & Brinchang. Near to famous attractions. Wide selection of breakfast & very friendly staffs. Will definitely come back again here for our next trip to CH. Thank you.

This is my second time staying at this hotel. The first staycation was splendid, but this time I am not satisfied with the cleanliness of the room. We arrived at 2.30 and waited for one hour because the room was not ready. I saw many customers arrive early to check in but have to stay longer because their room is not ready yet. Once we checked in, I was rushing to use the toilet and guess what, the toilet was so smelly & unpleasant. There was a crack in the bathtub, and the curtain was so dirty. The breakfast was so-so. Not so many varieties & the taste is just ordinary. I was hoping that the hotel can improve in terms of cleanliness. I am going to stay at this hotel again, maybe not.

Pro: The room very comfy, worth of money, location good near to mainroad, and got some shop nearby. Cons: room not really soundproof, toilet door not function well, and not really cold (but made to understand, we can request fan, the ramp very steep for wheelchair. Overall, very satisfied with the hotel, service, and definitely will come and stay here.

The best hotel in terms of staff service, food quality & hotel surroundings. Inside my room got mini refrigerator, iron, big bathtub, balcony & view of Cameron Highlands valley <3 my husband really feel appreaciated & happy with our honeymoon trip. Gonna recommend this hotel to others. Thank you!

The service of the hotel staff is very satisfactory. The atmosphere of the room is very peaceful. The hotel has a restaurant and is adjacent to a steamboat restaurant. No problem finding a restaurant. Only the bathroom is not friendly for the disabled and the elderly.
