Aircond is not damaged right away and the bathroom door is locked from inside and the husband wants to use the bathroom, then ask to change the room because the room is so expensive that it needs to be upgraded rm20 , can get an upgraded but still frustrated room because the wet floor may have just taken off the mop and the room is not clean 😖

1) booking not hotel room it is next shop lot building room like the budget hotel but hotel price. 2) I 4.30pm check in room not ready for checking, housekeeping still cleaning the room. 3) I request the towel after check in but sending me at 12 mid night 4) at the shop lot building like not security one the door open not close everyone can coming in 5) the staff feel not like to serve the customer

The toilet is so dirty!!! Water in the toilet smells clorin! Sink clogged! Swimming pool open to public who doesn't bother over safety & cleanliness! Even they bring food & have it beside the pool. Some kids munching titbits in the pool itself! Pampers & plastics were just thrown near the pool! The room that I reserved was a building next to Cowboy. It was so devastated! & the room its not suitable for family.

not recommended - not worth it for what was paid - - toiler blockage - management don't what to talk on my complaint lodge - management should consider to sell parking coupon on loose coupon (not making money by selling on 1 set of book to guest who used to be 1 day vacation in Melaka - the rest of unused parking coupon is wasting to guest- improve please

Super Cowboy Hotel staff treated us well. Service is worth the price. The location is also stsrtegik. Parking is easy. Shops for eating out too much around the hotel There are only cockroaches in the three rooms I book.

We don't know the hotel pool is under renovation. When i ask the reception, talking to me not a respect mode. she said i'm supposed to call agent. I am so angry with that word. If at least she say i'm sorry sure i won't angry. We not being notify about the pool is close from 16 Oct. The room also not so clean. And there some smell. The bed sheet also dirty and got hole on it.

The receptionist there was not friendly at all. We have booked earlier online 3 king size beds but once we reached the hotel we only got 2 rooms with 2 king size beds and 1 rooms with 2 single beds. The reason we didn't get the other king size bed was because it was fully booked. What is this? After what had happened the receptionist had no courtesy to ask for any apology. The rooms very so dirty. No swimming pool as we were informed that the renovation works were going on but no any works were going on. We are so disappointed over the service in this hotel. The hotel looks nice in the pictures but in real its very disappointing.
