There is no customer service at all. I sleep 2 nights. Day 2 No change of towels to drink. I have to request that the water is out. Wait to buy. But very much.

The accommodation is very clean and comfortable for family. the counter service is friendly and helpful. however, still have some room for improvement such as to provide toilet mattress, sufficient liquid soap and telephone line need to be fix.

The check-in service was super slow, around almost 1 hour I had to wait for the room key to be given. the hotel also has no elevator, it is very tiring because I have to climb the stairs by chance to be on the 3rd floor because there are no rooms on the first and second floors.

55 minutes locked in the bathroom, the room booked doesn't match the photos. There are no chairs. What distinguishes superior and deluxe is only the window. Huft.

Fairly comfortable, clean, cheap, perfect for transit. To Legoland pake grab just 10 minutes. I stay 1 night, check-in at 12 pm as it can get a plane ticket to Johor from KL that night. Continue to move to the hotel legoland as planned. Just a bit hard to find food. Because it does not include breakfast. So, breakfast in Legoland only. Check-in is not difficult, WiFi is okay. Worth it and cheap. Thanks Traveloka

wonderful room, clean, big staff is very helpful, we can check in 2 hours earlier. the hotel hallway smells of cigarettes no lift, but its ok, we on the 2nd floor 10 minutes walk to food stall, taste is good 20 minutes to legoland its a pity we couldn't try durians around there
