All the staff were very friendly, from the doorman, reception, and restaurant staff, all nice. We'll be back to stay at Le Meridien if we visit Kota Kinabalu again.

I ask for ommelete without meat but it was given with meat, lucky am not vegetarian. The food taste was better last time then now. The served coffee from the machine kept there few minutes, gets colder may not preferred by all, I prefer to have my coffee hot. Hope hotel will improve on this. Thank you

This is my first time staying here, as I would prefer Hilton every time when I stay in KK. I love everything about this hotel except for the food. The breakfast buffet needs to be improved, especially the taste. From nasi lemak to mee goreng, it all tastes sweet.

Comfy and close to everything. Can be easily reached and most of the shopping centers and sights are nearby. The room was comfortable and I'm a big fan of Scandinavian bathroom structures, they are very practical altogether. The breakfast was delicious and the hotel was very kind to pack us a breakfast when we were checking out earlier than the restaurant's opening hour. The staff was also kind and helpful with anything, with perfect English, so there were no miscommunication issues

Excellent location-it ' s near the night markets. Good spread of food for breakfast buffet. Staff are attentive despite the peak holiday period. Rooms are spacious and clean. Beds are a little too soft for my liking.

All good except rain shower didn't work, plumbing system very noisy when the room upstairs turn on the wash taps, gym equipment need maintenance and greasing. Staff are v warm and hospiu.

I love everything. I booked this place after my horrifying experience with app system and their slow customer service handling my ticket issuing issue. Payment went through but the e-voucher failed to be generated making me being charged twice to my credit card. Until now haven't resolved yet. The experience in le meridien was so great and awesome! Not many people are staying in during my stay and everything was so smooth. From check in until all the facilities, it was great!

Love the breakfast ! Staffs were very friendly & very easy check in. Right in front of KK waterfront. Beautiful sunset from the room. I love the fact that they gave 4 bottles of mineral water for two people ! However, as it is situated near the fish market, you can smell the fish from the lobby itself.
