Staffs are so nice, very informative, fast check in & check out. The room is big enough & bed so comfy. Complimentary drink in room is the best, they even prepare paper cup just in case we want to take away the coffee or tea.

My stay at this 5 star hotel was very wonderful. The hotel location was awesome, very close to KL sentral. The room was very cozy, especially the bed. Breakfast was awesome, so many variation and the taste was good. All the staffs were so friendly and helpful. Surely Le meridien is my first choice when I visit Kuala Lumpur.

I would like to give my credit to one of the staff at Le Meridien, Aminor for his dedication and great customer service during my stay. All staff have demonstrated their excellent hospitality and everyone greets guests with big warm smiles. Been here twice and will come back for more next time.

It was 2.5 years later that I returned to Kuala Lumpur and did make my booking with Le Meridien Hotel, Kuala Lumpur sentral. One of the best places to stay in Kuala Lumpur, for me in the last decade. Glad I made the reservations and enjoyed the hospitality being offered.

The receptionist was very helpful and polite. Mr Dinesh. My anxiety about having breakfast in crowded area was promptly attended by him that room service breakfast was available. And the breakfast was top class. Otherwise the room was clean and comfortable

Aircond was not cold throughout my stay. Had complaint at reception but no improvement. Has set to maximum speed and lowest temperature but still not cold. I had to lay at the edge of the bed to feel the cold air.Breakfast was so-so. Nothing great. Should have stayed at hotel next door. Totally regret it
