The place is really nice, the view is like a hill here, it's quiet and very clean. The service is fast and responsive. The check-in was really fast, not at all complicated. Highly recommended.

Management have to solve the lift operation not effective to cater all the guest at pick time, majoriti guest have to wait almost minimum 20 minute to 45 minutes to get in. Thank you

The best thing about this hotel is that it is very clean.. Satisfied.. Only the location is still under construction so the surrounding area needs to ask people to get to the hotel.. 1st timer like me😆

Mossaz is the right choice if you are traveling in a group. There are offers of more than 1 room in 1 suite. For the Grab pick up point, it is a short walk from B3. For a small supermarket, it is on the Lobby floor. The room is nice but not that spacious. There is only 1 bathroom to share with all the rooms. There is a kitchen but no stove. One thing to consider is that you have to WA the operator if you want to clean the room. There is a cleaner in the room starting at 4 pm. If something happens at night, no one can help. So just be prepared for a bit of a hassle if there is, for example, a lack of towels. There is no drying area.

It will be better if you add Electric Stove and Washing Machine, it will help if we want a ling stay. Ask the building management to add convenience store at the building, it would help us for daily needs.

Staying here is quite pleasant, complete facilities there is a kitchen set and hot water also there is an instant water heater but only a little warm. The building still smells of cement and dusty. The hotel lobby is cold and clean. Just about to become a mini market bili bili. But honestly the location is very far from the city center like bukit bintang. Everywhere so wasteful grab car fare, if you want to take the MRT must go to Mutiara Damansara station which is closest to Mossaz. But overall ok quite comfortable I stayed with my family there. Got on the 39th floor. The AC in the room is also very cold.

Hotel strategic location, near aeon mall and one utama mall. Comfortable, large room, water heater, washbasin, complete microwave. But must confirm to the receptionist, if the room wants to be cleaned. If not confirmed, then the room will not be cleaned. So far, okayyyy..

Added 1 night because there was still something needed at the hospital, still the same, extension was a bit of a hassle, there was an additional fee for tourist tax.

There is no pick up point, still under construction but already rented out, the bed is very hard, there is water in the bathroom, the room is not cleaned, it is not wheelchair friendly.
