Location is strategic to food source and tourist spot. One important point to highlight regarding location is that the hotel is really at the end corner with terrible traffic jammed most of the time. The room needs to repair spoiled TV, fix bathroom ventilation fan & provide non stain tower. Breakfast also can be improved with more varieties.

Is the TV one of the wall decorations that way? Bouncy good wall but no channel at all. The toilet is huge but there is a smell. Aircond, the coolest hurmm adjust is not cool. Prices do not match room conditions.

I had waited for half an hour to get the room key, because the staff can't find my book so then he needed to double check with his boss. Bad smell at bathroom. TV has no channel at all. No breakfast prepared event I paid for it through web.

A good hotel for those who want privacy, but tight on budget, 5 minutes walk to semporna jetty, next to lane of various restaurants, 2 blocks away from giant hypermarket, close to seafood market, all within walking distance, if you want the ocean view, directly contact the hotel.
