Bathroom basin broken and movable, and also the water tap is so close to the basin edge and don't make sense. Room sound proof is very bad even next door snoring will be heard. Overall the price not worth for such facilities & quantity.

First thing first, the hotel was rather run down. Specifically, there were cracks and peeled paint all around in the room, especially in the bathroom. The fixation in the bathroom was not secure and fell multiple times throughout the 1 night stay there. Cleanliness wise, it was okay, wasn't spotless but okay. The toilet bowl was stained. Another thing to note was that the room wasn't soundproof. I could hear other people talking from the next room. Mind you, they were just mere talking, not even shouting or screaming. I didn't expect much as this was a 3-star hotel but I guess the rating had to be reviewed and revised again. But that ' s just my 2 cents.

Spacious room, good value for money. complete facilities ready ade refrigerator. has a window that can be opened. there is a spacious special parking for guests. clean room. next to the hotel ade a grocery store. in front of the hotel there is a eatery. happy cite me happy la staying at pinetree hotel.

Friendly & efficient staff service, clean and comfortable rooms. make a request to get a room on the high floor & fulfilled by the hotel. there is a parking lot on the ground floor of the building but it is quite narrow if you are driving an SUV / MPV / 4X4 vehicle. overall I am very comfortable staying here.

Pinetree never disappoints me. Always first choice whenever I visit Johor. However, many hotels are giving reduced price and rebates but this hotel retain its price. Any option for window view and 1 king bed? Apparently none. you have to consider other option

This hotel is perfect for raya holiday. So convenient & nearby to my hometown. The breakfast on 1st of raya was quite lame, but for 2nd & 3rd day raya were delicious.
