Sari Pacifica Resort & Spa Redang Island

Just ok.. the service actually nice. Just not really comfortable in the room because mosquitoes and ants.. the room also old, the equipment looks like can broken anytime.

The room is spacious also the bathroom. I like the room with the nice view. However, there are many mosquitoes and ants in the room, limited food options and too expensive price for restaurant and rooms as well. Not provide trip to Marin Park and has limited activities comparing to other resorts in the area. No iron in the room, coffee cup also not suitable, room service also bad and not available all the time. I asked for extra water bottles but they rejected my request. Food not available after 9 pm.

This hotel has a good view but the time is not right when we arrived there because no wifi and tv channel. Supposedly they give a discount or something like meal voucher

Beautiful beach in front of the hotel Walking distance from the room Spacious room with bedroom, storage room, ironing equipment, umbrella, hanging clothes and safety deposit box. There is a large corner dressing table. The bathroom is very wide. With a bathtub and a glass shower room The toilet has a wooden door closed. But everything will be old With a balcony overlooking the pool behind the hotel Mount the mountain, see a large tree. With daybeds and wicker chairs and clothes racks In the room there is a beautiful tea set. There is tea from Cameron Coffee, two very large beds. Two beds can sleep two people comfortably. Choose a weekday trip Seeing guests staying at the hotel is not too crowded. General international breakfast Special and very tasty is Roti and curry taste good. Must try stir fried noodles with noodles. Spicy flavor, fried rice and beef ham The staff can speak good English, good-natured. There is a boat to pick up at Merang pier, but pay an additional 55 ringgit. It takes 1 hour from the pier to reach the Redang Island Pier and wait for a moment, there is a tow truck. Go to the hotel We arrived at the hotel on the morning of 8 am and arrived at the hotel at 9 am. Can check in at all. Normally check in, afternoon 3, we stayed 2 nights. The sun view is right in front of the hotel. Very nice. Day here, the sun is strong, the sea water is beautiful, but the wind is blowing. In the evening and early morning, the light is pretty, walking very barefoot. Very impressed with staying here. There are diving activities, take to see turtles and cross to visit Perhentian Island. Costs on islands, food and drinks Diving activities, rental of diving equipment, prices are quite high. Must prepare cash to fit This island is not a ATM. The atmosphere on Redang Island is quiet. No alcoholic beverages are sold. But there are some mocktails for sale

The 4 star award is wrongly rated. The sari pacifica 2019 is under new management and they just took over months ago from previous owner. I would say everything must be refurbish because the resort look like not well maintained. They are not well organized so everything looks like chaos when others guests complaining too. The resort charged you with a very high price and you just getting a 1 star service. Plus welcoming the guest with the terrible transport (old van) is not they way we should start our holiday. Front desk staff is very professional and calm but I think they should hire more staff and make the resort manager to always assist the guest. The hotel compound is well maintain but wait until you see the room and surely is not for honeymoon couple.

The furniture had to be replaced, the condition was old, the bathroom was dull due to old tiles and tap taps.

Very satisfied, good food, comfortable place, recommended.

Considered a luxury resort in Redang Island. The service from the front desk and staffs was good! But sadly to say the bathroom equipment and facilities were poorly maintained. Everything was rusted and it looks really bad and dirty. The food wise there’s limited choice where there’s only buffet choice for dinner and lunch and it didn’t look appealing as the place and the cutlery look really unhygienic.

Everything is good staffs friendly and I will come back again and stay here

The hotel obviously needs some maintenance, breakfast can have more choices. But overall, I am satisfied with the accommodation, I particularly like the swimming pool.

All their hotel staff are friendly especially Nana (front office).. Mr Bala (bellman) , Mr Allan (pool bar), Mr Saiful (restaurant) the mandarin speaker volunteer (didnt get her name) , dive centre team and the rest of the team.. including the housekeeping attendees were giving their best to serve us.. will stay in Sari Pacifica again in future.. thank you for your kind service and hospitality.. with love, Guest H62

Experience is good but resort is old hope to refurbish. there's only 1 small truck to transport passengers to hotel so have to want multiple rounds for our turn at Laguna jetty
