Hotel location is really strategic, in front of komtar. The bedroom is clean, spacious and love the view we have from our room. They have various menu for breakfast and it's all delicious.. We definitely will stay here again when we go back to penang!

The staff there was friendly and really helpful. Buffet spread for breakfast was luxury and delicious. All types of foods were served there. Not to mention, welcome fruits were available once you entered the room. However, there is a bit of disappointment during check in as there were many people queueing from many countries (it seemed like there was an event or conference and the participants were staying there), the reception counter shall separate the queue. One queue for the participants and another for the other guests. Overall, minus the check in disappointment, I had a great stay!

When you arrive before check in time, you can ask the receptionist to help you to check the room availability, one of them was very helpful and friendly than other one, called Neesha, she was so nice, she helped us check the room availability and allowed us to early check in. Thank you for your hospitality. Overall I love this hotel ❤.

The room is spacious and clean, hotel staffs are welcoming and friendly. Good location as it is nearby to popular attractions and famous food places. Highly recommend and will stay again!

Outside my room the hall so bad smell of cigarettes till get inside to my room. I don't know why they put the restrictions of smoking but the reality smell of cigarettes, when I complain and I ask again how is it they don't want to tell us what smell is that. Poof just move us to lower level and just 3 fruits as complementary. Beside that when I complain to lobby at the first they denied, till I ask them lets proof it go upstairs. What a lame.

Bathroom is little small and hit by door 🥺. Komtar area no longer an good location as not much cafe or restaurant to have decent local food.
