Clean and quaint...perfect for a night stay or even a few. However the slight disadvantage is the aircon placement in the dormitory. Some cubicle can be very hot to sleep in..especially in Malaysia's weather.

There is no perfection in this world. Anything not satisfied just discuss with them. They are there to cater for your need. At least they listen. Some said the best place to stay in KT. No doubt :)

Everything is ok, but room too many mosquito and midnight can hear people bathing, the water flow from upstairs, I believe my room up stair is bathroom

Best hotel in town. Highly recommended. Just 5 minutes walk to Pasar Payang, 10 minutes walk to jetty to Pulau Kapas. Room are simple but very nice, comfortable, clean. Cannot find other hotel in the same area which can give you a complete facilities and good service like 4-5 star hotel. Front desk staff was very helpful and the hotel owner is very friendly. Hotel has cafe as well, provide a simple breakfast, lunch and dinner. The cafe has a garden and its very cosy environment which you can hangout with family and friend. The most important is very fast WIFI connection. 7e is just next door. You will love this hotel service experience!

Good location with 7 eleven just next door. Short walk to Shahbandar jetty for ferry to Pulau Redang. We walked to the jetty from hotel with our 3 year old kid, which only takes less than 10 minutes slow walk. There is water dispenser near the staircase with hot and cold water which makes it very convenient for family. It is a great stay after all. Keep it up and we hope yo see you again.

it was a little bit bad for me because the shop beside the hotel is renovating, so it's a bit noisy in the afternoon. other than that, it's all perfect! wifi, washroom, aircond, bed, etc all good!
