Permitted Number of Occupants 2 Bedroom Villa – 4 persons (including children below 10 years old) 3 Bedroom Villa – 6 persons (including children below 10 years old) 4 Bedroom Villa – 8 persons (including children below 10 years old) 5 Bedroom Villa – 10 persons (including children below 10 years old)
All registered occupants will be issued with a resident pass and the cars will be issued with a vehicle pass which must be displayed at the car wind screen for verification at the security guard post.
If more than the allowed numbers of occupants are discovered in the villa, a penalty charge of RM80.00 per person per night will be imposed.
Only 4 cars or less are allowed to park within the villa compound at any one time.
If the occupied villa has more than 4 cars, the additional cars must be parked at the main Clubhouse car park. Occupants of the villa or bungalow will be transported to the unit by our company vehicles
Cars are not allowed to be parked along the road outside the villa.
Each villa allows a maximum of 10 visitors at any one time. All registered visitors will be issued with a visitor pass which must be shown to the security guard upon request
Loud music entertainment and activities if any, must end by 11.00pm.
All visitors must leave the premises by 11.00pm for safety and security purposes
Outside catered food & beverage and own BBQ arrangement are strictly prohibited.
If outside catered food & beverage and own BBQ arrangement are discovered, a cleaning charge of RM200.00 will be imposed.
Before checking out from villa, occupants are required to check that the unit is in good and proper condition.
Any damage to the fixtures and furniture in the villa will be charged to the occupant’s account accordingly.
The management reserves the right to remove anyone not adhering to the rules and regulations of the resort from the premises immediately.
All registered in-house guests can enjoy complimentary usage of the swimming pool & gymnasium for normal activities. Registration is required at S&R counter. Any own teambuilding arrangement is strictly prohibited. We will request guests to stop immediately.
Unauthorized Parties / Events The Management reserves the right to evict any occupant found under any illegal activities OR other intoxicating substance OR causing disturbance / provocation to other guests. Resort has zero tolerance policy on this. The matter will be reported to the local authorities (Police). The booking will be cancelled, and NO REFUND will be entertained for paid accommodation charges.
