Super duper great stay at WOLO, the hotel is very clean, amazing interior design, and love the grounding smell of essential oil (maybe) at the hotel lobby, the staff are all very nice, polite, and helpful, super easy access for public transportation as it just nearby. Great Hospitality! Just that, for those who wish for a quiet staycation, might find it slightly difficult to adjust to the environment, at night you could hear the sound of janitor's door slamming hardly next to the room (my room just right next to the elevator), the sound of car and motorcycle racing on the road, but hey, never mind its located at Bukit Bintang, could not expect to be a quiet place to stay, haha. Overall, the hotel is really strategic and location-wise, will be my number one choice for my next entire trip to Kuala Lumpur.

Best hotel in KL, I stayed here for 4 days. Strategic location, great room, excellent service, and delicious breakfast. Definitely will be back here. Don't forget to try baked bun with turkey ham if you had breakfast at The Graph Restaurant. There's Starbucks Reserve next to the lobby.

we really love this hotel, price, services and amenities, all great. The hotel just located in the heart of Bukit Bintang, surrounded by malls, cafe and all hawkers. Been travelling to so many hotels, only at this hotel my daughter write them a thank you letter, expressing what she felt during the stay. She loves it ...and we love it too. Definitely recommend to anyone who travel to KL

the room was very good. love the design so much. so clean. the location is great. near to Lot 10, pavillion, alor street, only couple minutes walking. the breakfast was amazing, although its not much of a choice. hospitality is great. staffs is helpful and fast. love staying here.

Very good, clean and comfortable hotel! It is also quite spacious for 1 big and 1 medium luggage to be opened at the same time. Staff are very friendly! Hotel is also very near to a lot of malls and also a night market.

the room atmosphere is very good, the mattress is very soft. got a room view directly facing the monorail and bukit bintang crossing road. the only minus is that it's noisy at night. yes for the first experience staying here is very pleasant. standard food like boxed rice. got nasi lemak and western meal.

The hotel location is very accessible. The only thing needs to be improved is that the hotel management should install towel rail or clothes hanging hook inside the bathroom itself not outside. Overall very good experience staying in this hotel

It was a very delightful stay there, the room was very clean despite not too spacious, with view straight to bukit bintang crossing. Please keep in mind since its in the center of crowded bukit bintang that means you will hear the crowd noise or people singing from bukit bintang street at night (pretty late night).

Wrong order even though there is no window, but it turned out to be comfortable not stuffy. Ordered food turned out to be delivered, the nasi lemak was delicious, the chicken was big, the toast was also delicious but I had very little, overall it was delicious. The location is in the city center, to the MRT near the central market only 2 stations, to the pavilion on the way to Dondonki also on the way, trust me if in the morning across the hotel there are many people selling rice on the side of the road, overall the atmosphere is like in Indonesia.

As I travel to Kuala Lumpur three times I would go for WOLO hotel as it's give me a very good and nice feeling. All the time I stayed the housekeeping staff are all so friendly and come on time to clean everyday as we still not wake up yet they asked about what time they could clean up the room and the counter staff are so friendly with everyone they served. We came earlier than expected they checked our passport and told us we could check in. It's was a super great experience staying here as always and it's near to LOT10, pavilion, MCD etc more…super convenient

Best location, unfortunatelly I just stayed 4 hours but she didn't give me upgrade room 😞.
