It was fun to stay in this hotel, best swimming pool for kids. Easy to go to Genting First World and Genting Premium Outlets or Awana bus terminal by booking online bus.

This hotel has good potential, but there are a few things that need improvement. The location is quite far from the main areas, so guests need to take a paid shuttle to reach the hotel. Unfortunately, taxis in the area become hard to find starting in the late afternoon, which makes transportation a bit tricky without proper planning. Additionally, several facilities that are listed on the directional signs around the hotel are still under construction. This can be confusing for guests, as the signs are already in place, but the actual facilities are not yet available. Breakfast was decent in taste, but the variety is quite limited. It would be great to have a wider range of options, especially for guests staying multiple nights. With some improvements, this hotel could become a much more comfortable and reliable choice in the future.

Good services by the receptionist teams Ms. Natasya and Mr. Prass (intern student) not many word i can say anymore.. VERY VERY VERY VERY HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!! PLEASE FIND MR. PRASS the intern student AND MS. NATASYA at receptiont... I had a bad stay at the neighbour hotels, but because of the 2 great Front Office team at this hotel... i have to moved my stay here right away! And made my family vacation the best expreiences in Genting Area...

The location is absolutely perfect, with amazing View beyond cloud right at your doorstep. Check-in and check-out process seamless. I was particularly impressed with the quiet atmosphere, considering. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a convenient and comfortable stay in Bukit Bintang. 5 out of 5 stars."

The hotel is pretty new and level 39 the sky pool and kids room are not ready. The view from the balcony such an eyesore when there is a gondola rope hanging and there was a stagnant water at below unit I stayed.. One more thing that the hotel management need to look at is the 'bad odour' smell from the bathroom and bedrooms...I wonder whether the sewerage pipelines are choked or blockage.

Minimalist lobby. Room was spacious but floor doesn't have carpet despite cold area. My room was facing other people balcony, I wish there is option to pay upgrade for better view. Lousy job of building contractor because they installed some cautionary label upside down at the balcony, plus the wall paint job at the balcony side is messy making the hotel room feel cheap and cincai, not something I expected from Wyndham chain.

Bathroom smell really really BAD! Already report a complain to the hotel, they just sprayed a air freshener and the smell still linger. Food was basic nothing special.

New hotel, good service, only the elevator needs to be arranged again because it is very long to wait for the elevator during the day. Maybe the elevator can be divided into 2 parts, namely from floor 1 to floor 25 and floor 26 to floor 49. 1st Day: water heater issue, contact room service more than 6-8times can't connect to any of the staff (we were told not enough staff) Had to go down and tell them. Maintenance said 45mins but water heater still have issue. Got upgrade to bigger room but smell sewage the whole room. My wife almost vomit while sleeping. Too tired to go down and complain. Don't bother to use the service phone, no one will pickup! 2nd Day: wife came down and complain about the strong sewage smell. Staff got us back to the original room but different room number. This time much better. Water heater working and no smell of sewage. Our kids are super dissapointed because the indoor water play was under maintainence for 2 days. Probably last I will be there. Won't recommend anyone else.

Location is far away from center of attraction. The buggy car is free but you need long wait. Midnight time there's sound from up our room pushing chair for 2hrs. I don't what are they doing. Very unpleasant
