As announced by Royal Malaysian Customs Department, Tourism Tax is imposed starting 1 January 2023 for all hotel guests that are non-Malaysian or non-permanent Residents of Malaysia. Please expect that hotel will collect the Tourism Tax from you during check-in at the hotel. The Tourism Tax rate is 10 RM per room per night.

In accordance with government guidelines to minimize the transmission of the Corona Virus ( Convid-19 ), please bring along your supporting document such as MITI Letter, Employer Letter or Police Letter upon arrival. The hotel will only allow guest check-in with proper documentation.
Please be informed that our operation hours for our Room Service is from 5.00am - 1.00am daily with immediate effect from June 1, 2022 onwards. Note that, it's no longer based on 24 hours starting from June 2022
The hotel will be doing some maintenance work at the poolside area and the project will commence from 27th September until the 29th of September 2023. During this period, we regret to inform that the poolside area will NOT be operating as due to the upgrade process.

1. The good; Location are amazing, nice place to explore in the morning while doing easy exercise, the room are neat, water view so relaxing, the equipment was great, 2. The bad; The staff was OK, not so welcome. Maybe the shy to talk or just not in good mode. Need more smile, doesn't hurts believe me. Front desk manager need to pay more attention to it. I think its very important. Front desk are the gate for everythings. The phone also doesn't work, so. Whatever we need somthing we need to go down all the time, the food. So sorry, I have to be honest, the food not that good this hotel, we almost try every things. The items was great, so many option to choice just the taste, so so. The only thing we can enjoy from the restaurant is the fruits, yes, the best!

The hotel has good location but I don't think carpet is needed on the room coridor because for a pregnant lady is difficult to push the four wheelly luggage. The wheel is stuck when rolling on the carpet. Second, the air cond has no manual setting. Quite hard for us to adjust accordong to our preference. Third, the hotel did not mention or clarify my preference floor level.
