Would not call it 5 star. Properties are dated, lounge chairs have seen better days. We were in a 1 bedroom suite downstairs and you could hear every footstep from upstairs tenants which you don’t want at 6am in the morning when you are on holiday. We had a dishwasher issue and the manager was very quick to respond. Suite was lovely and spacious and clean, bed was super comfortable.Personally I would not stay there again, nightly rate way too expensive for what it is.

we had some unidentified stains on the top blanket cover and black pillow that were really gross.. the place is also NOT a “resort”. Very misleading … we also broke something of ours (glass perfume bottle) and the front desk staff made us come pick up a broom ourselves from the lobby and then bring it back asap… thought it was weird they couldn’t bring it over. Really nothing special.

Lovely location on water and easy check in. Water pressure not good in shower and not cleaned very well by cleaners- crockery still slightly dirty, air con vent filthy, bathroom taps not wiped down fully.

We stayed in a one bedroom villa. We have done so a few times in the past. The accommodation is very clean, comfortable and spacious. Mt Pisa is also very peaceful, yet only a 5 minute drive into Cromwell town, or about a half an hour from Wanaka.
