Easy access with good parking. Friendly and helpful staff. Great dining in options. Breakfast buffet to die for. The room was clean and stylish. However the bathroom was a little dated but some good mobility options.

Stayed at the Novotel and it was perfect - great facility. The signage is not great though - so be brave and approach the front door.....which you will think is the IBIS.

10 nights here.
Good:
1. Dining options and Woolworth nearby
2. Buffet breakfast has plentiful of choices.
3. I rang ahead and requested a room on the higher floor and away from noises. We were located on the top/5th floor toward the end of the corridor. Love it
4. Daily housekeeping are on time and good
5. I did ask a ceiling down light to be looked at as it was not going. The front reception young island boy came up had a look and promised to get repair/maintenance to look at but it was never done.
6. The 2x beds are very comfortable and the big glass window to look at One Tree Hill and amazing sunset just wonderful.
7. We will book again to stay in the future.

Friendly quick reception & check in, good bar food & good servings of wine & I like the atmosphere in the house bar area. The only let down was the sewerage smell in bathroom but mostly managed to air that out when we went out for awhile. Suspect floor over flow drain needs to be sluced out with a reasonable volume of water & something like bleach based toilet cleaner. The Bed was really comfortable & it was a good nights sleep. The breakfast buffet is excellent.I guess one day this hotel will have both lifts working, is the right hand one still under maintenance from when I was there 2 years ago? But would I stay there again? Definite Yes.
