Everyone including the guards, receptionist, person in the restaurant, etc. are friendly, approachable and accommodating. The room is good. I like the lightings, and the shower. The water can be heated depending on your temperature. It's also nice to have a TV plus so I can still watch the ones I watch at home. And oh, all the guy staff are good looking. The only thing that disappointed me was the wifi. It's hard to connect, maybe because there are so many users so I understand. All in all, my stay at Getz Hotel was awesome. I have been reading a lot of negative reviews about this hotel so I was a little hesitant to check in. But when I did my first check in, everything was good.

Very poor customer service. Lots of small cockroaches in the room. No wi-fi. They almost do not welcome or honor online reservations.
