The rooms were very clean and well kept. The shower water pressure was very high and very hot. That alone gets a 5-star.
However, the food quality (ie the fish products) from their restaurant needs to be better managed.

Staff were great on checking and all other times we interacted. Room clean and tidy and food was much improved and really nice, credit to Hotel Elizabeth, right up there.

The attentiveness of the service staff was great.
The spaciousness of the room and it's layout were very good.
The loop into the hotel made ride pickup and drop off very easy.
The breakfast was amazing(at least for my stay). I didn't add it during my booking but purchased morning of and was glad i did.
A walk to Ayala Terraces and many nearby eateries.
This may become my staple when visiting.

We had a great family stay at Hotel Elizabeth. Clean and nice room. Very comfortable. Facilities and food are good. Courteous staff. We are very satisfied with this hotel. " Maliit lang na hotel pero maganda" very convenient pa kasi near Ayala Center Mal. I definitely recommend this hotel to my relatives, friends and officemates. cozy big room. breakfast buffet has its good selection. good service, staffs were friendly. housekeeping was a bit late to fix our room maybe because they have plenty of guests. overall, we had a nice experience. thumbs up.

Hotel Elizabeth is one of the many hotels where you get to have say that I am really in Staycation. The environment is so conducive for sleeping and the best of part is that its elegant and cozy at the same time. Love to stat there again anytime soon. Thanks Hotel Elizabeth for the accommodation

This booking wasn't what we expected! Wow! We got the presidential suite lower than the usual price and it was a good deal! Thank you traveloka! The room is huge! But the hotel don't have a pool. It's okay though.

The room is nice, clean and spacious enough. The food during our breakfast buffet is delicious although there are only a few choices. The only huge let down was the internet connection. From 0 to 5, I would rate their wifi 0. It’s that bad.
