You just have to present your confirmed hotel booking, valid ID, and vaccination cards prior boarding and upon arrival. Fully Vaccinated (12 years old and above) Identification Card Vaccination Card Proof of booking to DOT accredited accommodation establishment Partially & Non Vaccinated (12 years old and above) RT PCR negative test done at the DOH licensed laboratory taken 72 hours prior to boarding/travel Valid ID Proof of booking to DOT accredited accommodation establishment Children 5-11 years old If accompanied by fully vaccinated parent/guardian, COVID-19 tests are no longer required If the accompanying parents or guardians are partially vaccinated or unvaccinated, a negative RT PCR test done by DOH licensed laboratory/RHU is needed, taken 72 hours prior to travel Children 5 years old and below No Covid Test Requirements Birth Certificate or any documents to prove kids’ age Thank you

6-11 years old: Breakfast charge of PHP 350 per child per night
12 years old and above: Considered an adult. Extra person charge of PHP 1,500 per person per night
