We enjoyed our 4 days and three nights stay at Levantin. I love the cozy environment. It was quite an experience to watch the sunrise. This is also a beachfront but not where the busy area of resto, bars, and other hotels are located. I don't mind the 10 minute walk to the other side of the beach. The room is spacious and clean. Nice and helpful staff.

We didn't get the ocean view room. The guy at the reception is not that accommodating. I think they didn't review the notes I added in the booking form. The place is great tho. It ' s near the beach and restaurants. There ' s lot of foreigners drinking from night to noon the next day.

The way Levantin is situated it basically does not have ocean view rooms. All our rooms go out into the garden and the garden ends right at the beach. Glad to hear you had a good time after all at Levantin and thanks ever so much for choosing us!

Me and 2 of my friends had the absolute best staying in Levantin. The room was spacious for the 3 of us and the staff were the best I've ever met. They are very welcoming and you will easily feel at ease just by talking to them. Will definitely stay here again next time!:).

- The location is good. It's beachfront at the kite surfing area. I expected this place to be a quiet place since it's at the back of the 'stations', however, during our stay was not quiet at all. our room was next to their office and we could hear all the noises in there. On our second night, they had a staff Christmas party, the music was loud and they were drinking. they finished at roughly 10pm, and that's when we could hear the noise at the next room (having their own party/drinking session) until past midnight when I had to call the attention of the staff to speak to them. - the room was clean but dark. we occupied a family room with an empty kitchen-no dishes and utensils whatsoever, not even a kettle and set of cups for coffee and tea which are very basic even in budget hostels. -service : no welcome drink/no water in the room, they do not provide toothpaste and bedroom slippers. - Food: terrible, the dorry fish I ordered was very salty, the veggie fried rice was oily and tasted weird.

Thank you for taking the time to review us and sorry to hear that we did not meet your expectations. Please note the rooms do not have a kitchen so I don't know why utensils would be expected. We try to minimize our impact on the environment and as such shy away from single use plastics which means that we expect our guests to bring their own tooth paste and brush and also to not expect coffee packed in small plastic sachets. That is said, we provide for shampoo and shower gel in refillable dispensers and also soap, towels, hair dryer and tissue paper. A kettle is available on request at the reception and we also have a hot/cold water dispenser easily accessible from the rooms. Apologies that some guests were noisy one night but it sounds like the problem was addressed immediately when you made us aware of it. Wishing you safe travels and please remember to not expect five star amenities when you book a two star hotel!
