The property requires a refundable security deposit for charges or damages during the stay. The amount depends on the length of stay and/or size of the room booked. Please contact the property for more information. 03. This is a strictly non-smoking property. Guests are responsible for all costs, damages, and liabilities caused by smoking. 04. All special requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. 05. The property does not allow joiners or visitors. 06. The property is only allowed for individuals who are 18 and above years old. For Family guests, kindly refer to the restriction on listing house rules. To see correct prices and occupancy information, please add the number of children in your group and their ages to your search. There is no capacity for cots at this property. There is no capacity for extra beds/person at this property. 07. The hotel reserves the right to refuse any guest who breaches the maximum number of persons per room policy. 08. Hotel facilities and car parking spaces are subject to availability, are not guaranteed and cannot be reserved. 09. The pool and other facilities are currently non-operational due to annual maintenance. We appreciate your understanding and consideration during this time.
