The room is good, there's plenty of hangers in the large wardrobe, the view is lovely. The bathroom could do with an extraction fan... The cleaning staff is brilliant and helpful. The man at the desk helped us with one suitcase up the stairs as there's no lift - very grateful. We travelled long distances to get here and went to bed very late and feeling exhausted last night. Breakfast is between 7.30 and 10.30am. We got there by 10.15am and by 10.40 the food was being cleared. We complained we felt very stressed by this but they carried on clearing everything and asking if we still wanted butter/milk, eggs, etc. It felt absolutely awful and my husband started feeling unwell with the stress. We were meant to be on holiday and felt rushed and extremely unwelcome. We approached the desk to say the above but the answer was this is how it's done. Very disappointed.😞 In all my experiences in both the Algarve and elsewhere people are friendly and make you feel welcome. Breakfast is served until a certain time after which they allow people to finish eating and leaving before removing food. Not here. Hence my 3 stars only.

The hotel did not allow me to get the bike in the apartment and did not provide a proper solution. This restriction was not provided before booking nor in any place inside the hotel, it was communicated verbally with any logic in the explanation. I will never book this place again, and if you are looking for a bike friendly, please disregard this hotel and her manager.

the rooms are a bit old... guess 80s, everything is very clean, staff very friendly, room with balcony with morning sun. The price-performance ratio is exceptionally good! For example, we paid only 60€ per day for a room with a balcony (sea view) in February 2023 with a nice breakfast. The beach is very clean. There wasn't a small piece of junk. All in all a top recommendation for a small budget!!!

Great place to stay with family! Clean and great service

During off-season you can get reasonably priced offers, but we paid 300/night during high season for a family apartment so our expectations were quite high - and met with a very dated facility that was not particularly well maintained. The location is quite good, close to the beach, but a bit away from the town center if you plan on eating in a restaurant or going to the market there. The rooms were spacious but the A/Cs in the bedrooms were smelling so bad they couldn't be used, and the hotel didn't provide any sponges or detergent which we got everywhere else we went in the same setup. Our "fully-equipped" kitchen didn't come with a coffee machine! The staff wasn't exceptionally friendly either, and the breakfast was just about OK and became very repetitive after a couple of days. For us, this was too expensive for what it is.
