Rooms, lobby, elevators are all very tired looking. Room was adequate, bed needs new mattress. Bathroom towels very thin (1 had a 2" hole in it).

Staff very welcoming and helpful. Food good, excellent location for airport.

Had two problems with the room. One was sirted, but the shower isse was not found until tbe morning so only reported. Rooms could do with an update.

My 3rd time staying at this hotel which has an excellent position to the airport terminal. Unfortunately arrived 20 minutes before the restaurant closed but was able to order food at the bar however the chips were lukewarm maybe due to the restaurant closing . The pizza we ordered was delicious and we did eat most of the chips as we were so hungry after our day if travel . The safe in our room didn’t work ; either the batteries needed replace or the mechanism needed reset , we didn’t complain as we only stayed one night .

Arrived off a late flight Stay was fine. We wanted a quick normal sandwich but they only had ham cheese with caramelised onion. We requested no onion and the staff member said that wasn’t possible. Apart from that everything was good

All the staff were very helpful, particularly reception, helping me with heavy luggage and I have mobility issues. Great bedroom and sleep. Lovely breakfast and helpful staff replenishing items.

This is a really sad airport hotel. Wanted to stay here for convenience due to an early morning flight. But this place is dated and dirty. (I stayed at this same hotel decades ago ( it was under a different affiliation) and it appears not much has been done to the place since then.

Stayed the night before our long haul flight and the night we returned. Convenient for the airport and that's about it. Hotel is very tired and the food was terrible and overpriced. An international airport should have much better hotels and facilities. This hotel is an embarrassment to Scotland.

Location is ideal for the airport. Unfortunately the room we were given was very tired and in need of maintenance and a very good clean. The dust behind the tv was thick! The soap scum round the taps and plug hole are easily cleaned but staff need training to ensure they do not skim over the room.

Whenever we have an early departure or late arrival at the Glasgow Airport, we stay here so we don’t have to contend with fog and/or snow/icy road.

Excellent location for airport access. Rooms were updated and well appointed. Bathrooms were older but functional. Our only complaint was the breakfast, which was terrible. the cook didn’t know how to crack an egg (service staff had to guide him), and it was fried in inches of oil.

Room was cold, in spite of raising the temp to 25°. No biccies in room to accompany tea/coffee. Hotel is tired looking. Some hall carpets completely worn through and black tape only highlights this. Many areas were a real trip hazard. Bed was comfortable enough but step over bath to shower will not be convenient to many.

Room very cold, electric heater pluged in, next to useless. Wind noise through the window led to sleepless night.

9/10 only thing missing is a vending machine wanted a bit of chocolate and juice for the room but they didn’t have anything
