We use this hotel for a trip to Edinburgh, even though it’s on the outskirts it was a lovely hotel and if you were traveling to the airport, it would be so easy to get to the airport from this hotel as the tram stops right near to the hotel, I would recommend I use this hotel again

Lovely one night stay to visit the christmas markets in Edinburgh. Travelled as a family with a 5 year old. Hotel perfect. Used the swimming pools a few times during our stay and it was great. Easy access to Edinburgh via the tram which was a 5 minute walk from the hotel. Parking avaliable at the hotel for an additional fee. Had dinner in the restaurant which was lovely although slightly on the pricey side. Breakfast was great with a buffet with a wide selection of food and drinks. Staff were all very friendly and accomodating.

Have stayed here a few times now. Hotel staff very friendly. Room perfect incl dressing robes, slippers, water, tea, coffee machine. Pool is just perfect. Also a new sauna which was fab!! Restaurant being refurbished which I did not know about until check but they have a function suite set up for dining. Didn’t eat here so can’t comment. Within walking distance for tram/train/bus!! Will defo stay again.

Great location for a business meeting. Close to the airport via tram and also city centre. The meeting buffet is the best from other locations. We always try and book here. Bedrooms are good too

It is a great hotel. Very clean and great services from the staff. It is a very convenient location, close to the airport and city center. The hotel also has great facilities such as swimming pool, sauna and fitness center. Zhana at the guest service gave an outstanding service to us.

This hotel is located ideally for getting around Edinburgh. There are shops across the road if you need anything. The rooms are so clean. The only negative comment I have is around the pool. Many of the guests don't obey rules making it dangerous, it could do with some staff supervision,

Unfortunately room was on first floor just above where bins are located outside so we were awakened with noise early on Sunday morning! Towels had seen better days and only one robe provided in room for two. Staff were great and helpful but seemed under pressure at breakfast. Little obvious choice for vegan food at breakfast. Paid a premium price as during peak holiday season and not really worth that amount. Would have been fine at the normal price.

Great couple of night stay- was more expensive to book on hotel.com than directly but we had vouchers to use. Having stayed at this hotel several times before we knew we liked it and it’s very easy to get into Edinburgh centre being just next to tram stop and conveniently opposite a supermarket and take away etc, we had a the pool to ourselves all times and were kindly upgraded to a suite free of charge and they popped some birthday bits in it for celebrating a special trip- still love this hotel

There was music blasting from below our room until midnight, and after mentioning that, it never got turned down at all, it continuously got louder until 12, the flusher in our bathroom was broken and the window ledge was really dirty, it’s a shame as I’ve stayed here previously and it was fine so it’s obviously going downhill.

Rooms and bathrooms are comfortable, clean and spacious. Uber and taxi service are expensive . Tram is near by but hotel is far from city center or old town but close to the airport
