Staff was very accommodating about our check out time. They allowed us to stay until 4 pm without additional cost. Staff were very friendly. A good breakfast buffet is available within the building

Amazing hotel. Came in as a solo traveler for the formula 1 grandprix and I was impressed. I liked the fact that they have a courtesy shuttle to the Novena MRT which helps with getting around.

If first time, Download marriot app. Present membership when checking. I said if you booking not from direct app or just wanna try. Message them on app, very quick response instead of calling front office. Will come back. Location wise easy access. Always recommended. Thankyou.

The staff is very helpfully and polite and always smile to guest. The informatiom they given good. Have free shuttle buss to novena station. Very nice hotel with location view and park, near zhongshan mall and terminal. Very reccomended for traveler

Pelayanan sangat buruk. Check in membutuhkan waktu 2 jam-ternyata petugas front desk pulang lebih awal dan tidak memberitahukan kepada petugas lainnya. Kami baru diberikan kamar setelah kami teriak dan marah itupun ditanggapi dengan suara tinggi dari petugas yang menyatakan mereka tidak tahu kalau kami sudah check in. Kami diberikan kompensasi makan pagi 1 hari namun kami sudah kesal karena ditanggapi dengan suara tinggi. Apakah harus teriak dulu baru dilayani? Pelayanan buruk juga kami hadapi karena ketika kami balik ke hotel jam 7 malam, kamar masih belum dibersihkan walaupun kami sudah menyalakan tanda ' make up room ' jam 12 siang sebelum meninggalkan kamar. Kami malah disalahkan karena tidak memberitahukan ke front desk. Apakah tidak cukup dengan menyalakan tanda ' make up room '? Buat apa ada tanda make up room? Aloft Novena Singapore sangat buruk pelayanan. Jika Anda terpaksa harus tinggal di hotel ini, siap siaplah untuk berteriak dan berjibaku. Jangan mau disalah-salahkan.
