Love everything about it! Place is beautiful, room for 3 is huge enough for us. Can even add one more person (if willing to sleep on sofa) Perfectly clean. Two swimming pools!! And a huge gym too!! Only thing I would say my mom complained about was the pillows, they're too soft and its like you don't feel the pillow under you. Oh yes and the food are not halal too :( Staffs were all very friendly and efficient! They gave us privacy and comfort! Didn't even bother to disturb us when entering pool and gym (some places stop us just to ensure you gota have the right attire or whatnot) the staff lady only quickly said from afar ‘sorry, could you just give me your room number? thank you!’ I truly appreciate that!! They let you do your business without making you feel uncomfortable always being around you. Kuddos to everyone! We truly enjoyed our stay :)

Another level of guest service/support with great facilities. The staffs are really exceeding my expectation, they really go extra miles for the guests. Love the newly open gym very much. Good quality of breakfast. We were celebrating special event in our family and they are really make our stay more memorable. Thank you Four Seasons Team!

Great stay, super clean room, very attentive & care staffs (Karen @ Swimming Pool/Club and Jennifer @ Front Office). Improvement can be done on the breakfast options to include vegetables and fresh juices.

Amazing 3 days and 2nights stay at Four Seasons Hotel! The service was superb! All their staff are commendable! Location is great! Food are nice! Room is very clean. Make up room service is 2x a day! Highly recommended! Will definitely be back again soon! Thank you Four Seasons! Keep it up!

Overall was awesome with little extra miles from my expectation. Staffs are helpful with nice hospitality. We got upgraded to better room type and offered the services of using some hotel facilities after check-out as we had late night flight.

It was very satisfying. The room was clean and nice just like expected. The service is very good. I never have any problem in staying at four seasons wherever it is. Whether its in Jakarta, Singapore, Bali, etc, they’re all excellent.
