I love the big window and the room was very clean. There is a water dispenser inside the room with hot and cold water. The check-in and check-out were very quick. Seems like this hotel is used a lot by my family so it feels pretty safe staying here. All in all this hotel is worth the price for staying in Singapore.

I'm very glad to stay here, first come greeted with a fragrant room. Very helpful receptionist, clean bedroom, clean bathroom, warm water 24 hours on, mineral water provided in the dispenser, even ordering a taxi asking the receptionist for help only 5 minutes. And what I like most is the location is very near to orchard road, to MRT stn and bus, just walking 300-400 meters. I'm coming back soon chancellor, thank you for making my holiday wonderful 💙

Overall this hotel is quite good. The room is clean. I love the dispenser, very different from other hotels.

As the hotel is very near Orchard Road, it made our stay easy to walk around the shopping malls and restaurants. The choice was for my sister who is walking with cane for her to be accessible to the hotel if she needs to rest.
The hotel also has a tour counter with a lady, Susan Hoee, who is very helpful in all our trips.
Would recommend the hotel for other travellers.

The location is close to MRT, eateries, shops. Just walk a bit and cross the street, and you'll arrive.

Near from the capital city, love the service but the room needs to get attention because in the bathroom curtain I saw like a dry blood, maybe the crew must be to check it.

Overall, it's good. The self-laundry is not 24/7 and it is not cheap 😅, but the staff are friendly and the room is also clean. I wish the TV had Netflix though.

The hotel reception to the housekeeping took 1 and a half hour to bring an iron without an ironing board.
The house-keeping staff could not converse in English when communicated.

5 min walk to nearest somerset MRT. 1 min walk to nearest bus stop. Very near orchard rd without breaking the bank. Very recommended for a place to stay near orchard rd. 3 min walk to dondonki that opens 24 hours.

The first night our AC troubled. I called the reception at 1am reporting the situation. They said they are going to send maintenance but every hour until 5 am in the morning the reception never pick up our call. The at 8 I called again they send me maintenance guy. The AC room is not working properly ðŸ˜ðŸ˜ðŸ˜.

The hotel staff is not friendly, the door sensor was problematic on the first day, I was unable to enter the room until I returned home on the 2nd night (at 8 o'clock in the evening), there is no toilet for the shower, only tissues are provided, and there are no glasses for drinking.
