To check in, go to The Hub, Naselje Slavka Černeta 34, Kranjska Gora Prior to arrival, guests must complete online registration with the property via a secure link. If you are planning to arrive after noon please contact the property in advance using the information on the booking confirmation. Guests planning to arrive outside of normal check-in hours will receive an email with check-in instructions and an access code. Guests can access their accommodation through a private entrance. A virtual front desk provides assistance to guests. Guests are recommended to download the property's Nuki mobile app before check-in.
